Clockworks and A Blast from the Past skip?

Theoretical timesave: Around 6-7 minutes

Ending cutscene in the whole cuckoo clock chapter takes place in the outside level in Gates of Time. If you could somehow activate it early and it successfully transfers you to the next chapter it would skip the Clockworks and A Blast from the Past subchapters.
